Although there are many visually impaired individuals in Turkey, only a very small part of the vision of people with disabilities can benefit from this type of device. So, while many visually impaired individuals are reading any text, they absolutely necessary to another individual. Although there are many visually impaired individuals in our country, there is not developed an alternative technology on local technology.Only the use of imported equipment outside are translated in to Turkish. For this reason, as indigenous design developed device prices will make more convenient. 

The use of the device received full marks from many visual disabilities as easy functionality.
