Process steps was listed for the developed device as follows. 

First, the communication type to be selected through the circuit. USB and Bluetooth are preferred for communication type. Then, an external document is taken with scanner. Some image processing algorithms have been applied to the scanned document for obtaining the characters. After taking the characters, the operation mode is selected.  After the operating mode is determined, data can be transferred on the Braille cells or can be listened to. During these operations, data can be explored by continuously checking whether any information comes from the buttons.
