Braille Alphabet
Braille alphabet was invented by Louis Braille. He had impaired vision, too. The alphabet is used for reading and writing disabilities.This alphabet is being developed through the lives of visually impaired individuals in many applications in order to facilitate a little bit easier. Each Braille character in the Braille alphabet consists of 6 points, including 2 columns and 3 rows. Visually impaired people can read Braille alphabet with the feeling characters by using their hands. Figure 1 shows the Braille alphabet letters, numbers, and symbols; Figure 2 shows the structure of the cell Braille letters.

Braille alphabet is one of the most important tools used by people with disabilities. Visually impaired individuals are beginning to learn Braille with elementary school. Special textbooks printed in Braille for the visually impaired. The students with disabilities are received all the training like students without disabilities.But problems of access to information and resources are occured (except course books). These problems can be overcome with some solution methods. For example, JAWS, Windows-Eyes, Oku programs are improved like screen-reading programs with a voice for using computers and internet to access information.
